We are so absolutely delighted to again be carrying Shelridge Farms' Soft Touch Ultra , their fingering weight superwash that feels just amazingly buttery. We had worked out special exclusive Earth Faire colorways way back when -- and just got a new shipment of our favorites! The colors are so clean and beautiful, we are really really pleased to be able to offer these again.

We are very pleased to announce a new (though rather limited in stock) necklace kit to be knit just in time for the holidays! We are really pleased with this one. Take a look at our Dragon Wisdom and have a lovely time creating beauty.

The latest Twist Collective Issue (Winter '09) is live and contains a beautiful new shawl design by Sivia Harding, called Dryad. It is made with 100% hand-painted silk from Indigo Moon and is embellished with 8/0 beads and large daggers and is just simply lovely. We are fortunate to have the kits available -- the pattern must come from the e-zine but take a look here if you would like to find the yarn and beads for this amazing creation.

Barbara Telford is the genius behind Woodsmoke Woolworks and makes wonderful patterns that I simply love! Sized for the whole family, these are perfect for those with whimsy in their hearts. I just had to share -- take a look here. Perfect as the cold weather approaches -- and need I say the holidays?

We just got in even more of the amazing colors and yarns and beads that we love so dearly in Schaefer's Heather Yarn. Four of these are very special and limited edition colorways that commemorate the Bloomsbury Group of Edwardian England. Named oafter the major artists and writers there -- these are quite unique and we don't want you to miss the;m.
We especially like them for the Undulating Scarf, a beautiful beaded scarf.. We didn't set them up specifically in kits (at least as yet) but if you would like to make one of these beauties, just tell us and we'll work with you to add three containers of 6/0 beads for any one of these (the pattern is our gift to you).
And Laura Nelkin, the designer extraordinaire for this most popular design, has a few new ones as well. Make sure to check out Brickhouse, for another that uses Heather! Yum!

We love the Sock Yarn from Shibui -- the colors are rich and vibrant and the yarn itself is a delight. So we want to make sure to tell you when we get more in. This is the wondrous yarn that is part of the Rani Cuff kit (and we would be very willing to make the kit for you in any of the colors we have in stock). Just beautiful! These are great for socks, for shawls, for scarves, for wristlets, for gloves, and a whole slew of other wonderful items.

We have also re-stocked (and added new colors) to the delicious kid mohair/ silk lace weight yarn from Shibui called Silk Cloud feels like exactly that -- a silk cloud. Or maybe a new-born kitten.
